Vertigo requires a 50% deposit of all trips/bear views at the time of booking.

Vertigo reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the trip cost if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of tour date to the card saved to file. This protects us from no-shows and verifies your reservation and holds a place in our schedule.

Trips cancelled more than 48 hours will be refunded the prepayment less a 3% credit card processing fee. Full payment is due in person on the day of the flight - please bring your payment method with you.

Flights cancelled due to weather based upon our pilot’s decision or uncontrollable circumstances will be refunded the whole amount.
